SPECIALIZATION: BANKING

1. Knowledge

  • University graduates have general background knowledge and abilitty of using tools for research activities, self-training and career.
  • For professional knowledge, university graduates are equipped with advanced and modern knowledge which are met the criteria of  the same specialized training programs in the finance- banking in general and banking in particular. Their trainned knowledge also satisfy the specific requirements for their professional activities, and increasing the potential to develop knowledge.

2. Skills

a. Specialized – professional skills:

  • Organizing and practicing of banking services such as accounting; credit; transactions; funds; marketing, domestic and international payment; asset evaluation; investment portfolio management…
  • Applying the knowledge to make decisions corresponding to specific business situations in banks.
  • Having the appropriate skills to undertake management positions.
  • In addition, university graduates should also have the above skills to work in financial institutions such as non-bank credit organizations (Finance companies, Finance leasing companies); contractual saving institutions (Life insurance companies and non-life insurance companies, social insurance firms); Investment institutions (Investment funds, Investment companies); Securities companies…

b. Other skills:

  • Self-training skills to adapt to the diverse requirements of practical work;
  • Skills to perform research and present research results;
  • Skills to communicate and contact for professional activities;
  • Skills to coordinate and work in groups.
  • Foreign language skills, students must achieve 700 TOEIC or the equivalent.

3. Attitude, behavior

  • High awareness of observance of legal provisions, caring and responsible action on issues of social benefits;
  • In the spirit of lifelong learning, actively updating, improving knowledge on all aspects, especially professional knowledge.
  • Honestly, organizational and discipline awareness, cooperation in professional activities.
  • Confident and active when working in an international environment
